Weigh in today!

Well you best sit down, I had to do a double take at the scale today..ready..you sure? I lost a whopping 2 oz. I was like what???? All this working out and eating right and 2 oz??? Needless to say I was pretty depressed over this but as the day went on and I thought more about it, its just going to take time. I stayed true to my food today and ate my good for you food..I went and worked out, did the bike and walked a mile. So I am staying on track and we will see what happens in 2 weeks. I'm feeling good so that counts for lots. Thanks for hanging in there with me.

Weigh in Tomorrow..cross your fingers!!

Yes its that time again..my bi-weekly weigh in. I have been working out, lifting weights swimming ect..I have been really good about watching what goes in my mouth.LOL So we will see..keep your fingers crossed for me please!!!

Welcome to my First Wednesday Weigh - in

I weighed in this morning and was thrilled to see a 4.6 weight loss. Makes me very happy!! I know the first week is usually a good amount and I am so happy.. I have been tracking my food, working out and staying away from bread and soda. Life is good! I am thrilled, I still have a long way to go but its a start!
