My weigh in day is Wednesday!

I think I will tag Wednesday as either "Weigh In Wednesday" or "Weight Loss Wednesday"!! LOL I can only say that if I have not lost an oz by Wednesday I might make the National News..I have given up bread and my sodas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let me tell you I am lucky my family has not left me. hahahaha..On a serious note its not that bad I suppose, I found a great website called sparkpeople.com, its free and you can track all your food, your fitness workouts..everything. Set a goal and they tell you what you need to do to meet it. There are some wonderful recipes and even support groups and did I mention its FREE!!!!!!!!!! So my work out is 3 times a week, in about another week I will bump it up to 4 times a week, but we are talking baby steps. I do 40 minutes on the bike and then 20 minutes on weights. I have had surgery on both knees and need surgery again so I am limited to what I can do..ex. no running! I also spent a few hours in the pool this weekend exercising..now the best part for all you larger ladies..do you know when you bike you can get a boob workout also? So I am riding this bike, the kind with the petals in front of you and I noticed every time I peddled my right knee would hit my stomach fat which in turn would lift my right boob, and than the same for the left. I about busted a gut laughing as I watched my boobs do this little dance. I know TMI!! hahahahaha..anyway if anyone would like to join me on this journey, let me know I would love to have you along for the ride. Huggggsssssssssss

I'm BACK!!!!

Well its been a very busy may and June! My daughter graduated from High School and went off to college for a summer session. She is my first born and it has been a difficult time for me. Also after looking at our family pictures of graduation it hit me like a ton of bricks its time to get the weight off! So I picked the brain of a very good friend who recently has done an AMAZING job with her weight loss..and Monday I started a program. Its going to take a long time as I have so much to lose..but I am determined. So of course I will blog about life, shopping, home decor, family, food and everything else, but I also will take you on my journey to a leaner me! There will me laughter, tears, frustrations and joy..but I know this is what needs to be done..Stay tuned!
