Well you best sit down, I had to do a double take at the scale today..ready..you sure? I lost a whopping 2 oz. I was like what???? All this working out and eating right and 2 oz??? Needless to say I was pretty depressed over this but as the
day went on and I thought more about it, its just going to take time. I stayed true to my food today and ate my good for you food..I went and worked out, did the bike and walked a mile. So I am staying on track and we will see what happens in 2 weeks. I'm feeling good so that counts for lots. Thanks for hanging in there with me.

That's the spirit! It does take a lot of work. Good for you! At least it wasn't + 2 oz lol!
