Tablescape Thursday

Welcome to Tablescape Thursday, for more tables visit Susan over at http://betweennapsontheporch.blogspot.com/

This is an old Tablescape I did for my church, we each picked a theme and it was the year my mom had passed, so I themed my table "Granny's Table" after my mom. I included things she loved, her rolling pin as she was a baker, her glasses, her bible, photos, elephants and just things she loved..

What a special way to honor your mother's memory. I know you are glad to have those things she loved.

Our church had a guest speaker from Trading Spaces..the designer Christi Proctor come speak. Well several ladies in the church, myself included were asked to tablescape 80 tables. Each table could be any theme from holiday to personal ect. I did several tables, but this one is my fav. Inside each cracker I placed on the charger included a bible verse and a pocket prayer angel like the one I gave my mom when she became ill. It was a very special table for me.
